Qualities:

Hot, sharp, light, oily, spreading

When Balanced:

Intelligent, confident, focused, good digestion

When Imbalanced:

Irritability, inflammation, acid reflux, perfectionism

Kapha

Earth & Water

Qualities:

Heavy, slow, steady, solid, cold

When Balanced:

Calm, loyal, strong, nurturing, grounded

When Imbalanced:

Lethargy, weight gain, congestion, attachment
